SCOTT KIMBALL is a master educator and educational administrator. He

currently serves as Director of Academic Operations for Cristo Rey Dallas College

Preparatory School bringing to that position a wealth of knowledge and experience

gained over many years of serving college-bound students in the Dallas area.

Beginning in 1997, Scott served as Head of Middle School at the Episcopal

School of Dallas before becoming an Upper School History Teacher in 2014. In

2015 – 2016, he served as Head of School at St. Phillip’s Episcopal School of

Frisco. In 2016, he became a search consultant with Pena Search Consulting where

he conducts executive searches for nonprofit organizations.

Cristo Rey Dallas College Preparatory School is a private, independent Catholic

high school in the Pleasant Grove area of Southeast Dallas. Beginning in August,

2015, Christo Rey provides a proven revolutionary model of college preparatory

high school curriculum to those of limited financial resources. Enrollment in 2018 –

2019 was 472. Capacity is approximately 550 students.

A Corporate Work Study Program is a key component of the sustainability of the

Christo Rey model. Students work to earn the majority of their tuition. They work in

professional settings building self-confidence and a resume that includes some of

Dallas’ most prominent companies.
